MOLECULAR DIAGNOSTICS
Concord Diagnostics & Molecular Lab provides patients and physicians with comprehensive and accurate molecular testing. Our laboratory provides a wide range of DNA and RNA based tests for infectious diseases, Solid tumor mutation marker study, and hematologic malignancies. One of our primary strengths is molecular testing of Infectious diseases, specific type of solid tumor and leukemias. Lab has an integrated approach using clinical cytogenetics, Flow Cytometry, and Immunohistochemistry laboratories in detecting disease-specific diagnostic and prognostic molecular markers. We are constantly expanding this coordinated approach to perform the most advanced and clinically useful assays for the best individualized plan for every patient. Our second major strength is molecular testing in TB diagnosis including TB and MDR/XDR TB. We routinely perform HLA typing and cross matching tests for both diagnostic evaluation and pre-screening for transplantation, Pharmacogenetic testing, infertility related tests and many more. Our laboratory has a dedicated group of skilled technologists, scientists and physicians to bring quality and accuracy from the bench top to the bed side.
FLOWCYTROMETRY

MICROBIOLOGY & SEROLOGY
Concord operates fully compliant Biosafety Level 2 Laboratories offering microbiology testing services. The lab offers a broad selection of tests of bacteriology, mycology, virology, parasitology, infectious disease serology, tests for hepatitis, and mycobacteriology labs to rapidly identify and characterize causative agents of infectious diseases. The Lab performs culture techniques, antimicrobial susceptibility testing, immunoassays and molecular methods to rapidly detect, identify and characterize microbial pathogens.We understand just how crucial microbiological quality is and utilize ISO 15189 standards to by our trained and experienced staff utilizing only validated processes and equipment. Autoimmune testing at Concord laboratory encompasses both screening and specific diagnostic assays all centered around autoimmune serology. Systemic autoimmune investigations are carried out using an indirect immunofluorescence ANA assay by Hep2 cells followed by ENA profiling. Coeliac screening, organ specific autoimmune investigations, pulmonary – renal syndrome investigations are carried out by indirect immunofluorescence followed up by specific ELISA techniques and autoantigen profiling. The Lab is performing extensive allergy panels for the patients with allergic symptoms and comprehensive mycological studies to detect skin diseases.
HISTOPATHOLOGY
A wide range of specimens are handled in Concord histopathology Lab including all kind of biopsies and resected specimens for histopathological examination. Special stain and immunohistochemistry are done in required cases. Blocks and slides are received from outside lab as well for review purpose. Fine needle aspiration cytology, fluid cytology, pap’s smear and frozen sections are successfully done in Concord. Experienced pathologist and skilled technical personnel are involved in entire lab procedures which meet the international guidelines and quality. The histopathology lab is well equipped with instruments of the latest versions, efficient to handle any sort of workload. We are delivering reports with photomicrography within minimum timeline which enhances the quality and accuracy of reports.
BIOCHEMISTRY & IMMUNOLOGY
The Clinical Biochemistry and Immunology Laboratory is providing a cutting-edge laboratory testing service in performing an extensive range of clinical biochemistry, toxicology and immunology services and performs a comprehensive analysis of Diabetic Profile, Kidney Function, Liver Function, Fertility, Oncology, endocrine organ functions-Thyroid function, Adrenal function, Therapeutic Drug Monitoring, Metabolic, assessment of nutritional status and many more. Most of the tests are available 24 hours a day and are being performed using automated and high throughput chemistry analyzers which employ a combination of optical, enzymatic and immune-based methodologies. Biochemistry Lab comprises a team of dedicated and highly skilled staffs. Their focus lies in the elucidation of chemical approaches to produce accurate and quality reports. The lab is working to promote the highest standards in laboratory testing and patient care- so is complying ISO15189 and CAP regulations.

HEMATOLOGY & COAGULATION
Hematological tests can evaluate numerous conditions involving blood and its components. It includes the treatment of blood disorders and malignancies, including types of haemophilia, leukaemia, lymphoma and sickle-cell anemia. They can also be used to diagnose inflammation, infection, blood-clotting disorders and response to chemotherapy, among many other things.
